Better Chickpea Buns

- measure out 1 cup of chickpea flour into a two cup measuring cup or bowl.
- starting with 1/2 cup of water, mix into chickpea flour adding more as needed to moisten it all. The water should be less than 1 cup total.
- let sit for 1 hour.
- preheat oven to 350F.
- add vinegar, 2 tbsp yogurt, spices, and salt and pepper and stir until combined.
- stir in baking soda
- preheat cast iron pan on med
- eye balling batter into 2 portions, spoon onto preheated pan. The batter may be runny, silicone or metal rings to keep them from pancaking out can be very useful at this step
- bake for 30 min or until golden on top
