Caesar Dressing

Ingredients

• 300 mL mayonnaise
• 300 mL extra virgin olive oil
• 100 mL Dijon mustard
• 125 mL lemon juice
• 1-2 tsp garlic
• 1-2 tbsp anchovy paste
• 1 tbsp capers
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
• salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

These quantities are for a 1 L mason jar.

Combine all ingredients and blend. If using mason jar and an immersion blender, you can do all this in the jar.

If mixing by hand, chop garlic and capers and anchovies if using filets then whisk everything together.
